Free for orders over CHF 500 in the Vaud canton.

CHF 50 for orders below CHF 500.

Additional charges for deliveries outside the Vaud canton and for mattresses under CHF 500.

You can return your products within 14 days after delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Canton of Vaud: delivery within 1 to 2 weeks.
Outside the Canton of Vaud: shipping within 2 to 4 weeks.

We install and assemble the beds and sofas.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a service to take back your old beds.
Delivery conditions:

The customer must disassemble the old bed to facilitate the assembly of the workers. The workers do not ensure the pickup of packaging.

2-year warranty for sagging on mattresses and 5 years from the supplier (Élite Matelas).
1-year warranty on the mechanism of the storage bed (metal structure and pistons).
Some parts may be provided for a duration of 2 years and retrieved by the customer themselves (storage support, butterfly mechanism).

We accept several payment methods, including:

• Credit cards and/or cash.

For maintaining beds, it's very simple: use a damp cloth or a wipe with water. In case of a stain, a little warm soapy water can help. Additionally, if you accidentally spill liquid on your fabric, be sure to blot it immediately.

Our mattresses are treated with Aloe Vera particles to offer you the best sleep experience. They come with a hypoallergenic, anti-dust mite, and antibacterial treatment for your utmost comfort and well-being.

To ensure proper, firm, and consistent support over time, we recommend following these tips for mattress maintenance:Turn your mattress every 2 months. Use a mattress protector and remove it every 6 months to wash it at 30°C in the washing machine.

It's inevitable, even if you don't feel like the mattress is worn out. It's essential to change your bedding every 8 to 10 years for hygiene and support reasons. After 10 years, your mattress will no longer provide the original benefits, and your back will start to feel the effects, if not immediately, then over time.
